San Francisco/Bangkok, 1 March 2022: I am very pleased to announce that Khemwika Damapong has been appointed to the role of Vice President – Portfolio, Marketing & Innovation, based in Bangkok.
Khemwika brings with her extensive sales, marketing, portfolio, and leadership experience in both food and chemicals industries.
Khemwika started out in various Sales & Key Account Management positions at Thai Food Coatings, part of Newly Weds Foods Group, and has been Division Manager, Food & Nutrition at Connell Bros. Thailand (now Connell Thailand). She was General Manager at Puratos, a major European food ingredients manufacturer where she led commercial, operational and innovation teams to successfully drive business growth in Thailand and expanded specific manufacturing and production lines. She re-joined Connell in 2018 to lead the Thailand organization as General Manager. She continually demonstrated her leadership skills, strategic thinking and execution skills while expanding her knowledge of all the industries we serve. She built respect and strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
Khemwika is focused on close collaboration with customers and suppliers to drive an expansive innovation, concepts, and applications pipeline.
Khemwika has an MBA from the National Institute of Development Administration in Bangkok, Thailand, and has an undergraduate degree from Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand in Food Science and Technology.
Khemwika enjoys travelling, photographing and meditation.
